Pathways Aligned Career Experiences (PACE) connects students with real-world career experiences that are intentionally aligned to their aptitudes, interests, and career-readiness data.

Rather than offering career experiences based only on what students already know or think they may like, PACE uses information from tools such as YouScience, SchooLinks, Naviance, and other district career platforms to help identify careers and industries that may be a strong match for a student’s natural strengths and interests.
